Lavenia Emberson is an accomplished immigration law expert with over fifteen years of experience in law and immigration. A former diplomat for the New Zealand Government, Lavenia has worked in the Pacific, Russia and the Middle East. She has extensive knowledge of immigration laws for Australia, New Zealand and other jurisdictions, as well as residency and citizenship by investment in the Pacific, Caribbean and Europe. As a licensed immigration adviser for New Zealand and Australia, Lavenia has also assisted hundreds of families to migrate and settle all around the world including Canada and Denmark. With a passion for knowledge, she has trained immigration agents on various visa programmes and alternative migration pathways, contributing to forums and immigration conferences around the world. She has been accredited by all five Caribbean Countries (St Kitts and Nevis, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada and St Lucia) to carry out the legal work for their programmes. In addition to the latter, her accreditations extend to Vanuatu as well as other programmes offered by RIF TRUST Investments LLC (www.riftrust.com).
